Mrs. Badrun Nahar Rahman, one of the Sponsors/Directors of the Company, has reported her intention to transfer 2,500 shares out of her total holdings of 31,596 shares of the company to her husband Mr. Md. Mojibar Rahman Khan by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within 31st October 2010.
